Reena Care is a disability support provider backed by a team with over
27 years of combined experience in community services.

We provide personalised, one-on-one support that helps people live more
independently, stay connected with their community, and work towards
their personal goals.

Our support is flexible, practical, and tailored to each individual’s
needs.

We assist with community access, transport to medical and therapy
appointments, and support to participate in everyday activities safely
and confidently.

We work closely with participants, families, carers, and allied health
professionals to provide consistent, person-centred support based on
respect, choice, and individual needs.
